i’ve been told my superpower is understanding people… showing up with empathy and authenticity, powerfully, and without judgement. i create spaces where people feel seen... safe to explore their learning edges for growth. i understand change is hard… it’s also full of insight and opportunity. as we spark and integrate those insights, we raise our awareness, our ability for greater impact, and our capacity to navigate change and the world broadly

in my career i’ve partnered with Fortune 500 Enterprises, SMB’s, and Not-for-Profits. i’ve supported strategic change at: Apple, with Amazon at Zappos, Capital One, The Coca-Cola Company, and UPS… focusing on the most strategic issues in organizations. i’ve run learning and leadership development for three pre-IPO unicorns — at various stages of scaling — on their journey beyond IPO. partnered with Burning Man to co-developed their emergent leadership model and education programs. i’ve advised hundreds of founders, leaders, and teams, built programs to develop leaders, increase employee engagement, support culture change, and more. i’ve facilitated hundreds of learning experiences for thousands of people with positive reviews, connecting me with amazing humans in The Americas, Europe, and Asia. in all of it, i’ve been honored to help create positive change in the world

i trained with the prestigious Hudson Institute of Coaching and hold a degree in consulting & venture management from Emory University's Goizueta Business School. as a result of challenging my perspectives, limits, and boundaries, i’ve become excellent at serving the very leaders who put their trust in me
